"Surprisingly, quite a few things have changed. Coach Jones was sticking his finger in the earhole of my helmet today. He wants me to stay focused. He's just trying to distract me. He'll go and slap my helmet and call me different names, so it's fun and it's good and it keeps me real focused.... I've never experienced a practice or any kind of situation like that ever before, and I think it's good. I think it's going to benefit us a lot in the kicking game. A lot of pressure's put on us, a lot of pressure's put on me and I put a lot of pressure on myself, so I think that Coach Jones has a done a pretty good job at trying to keep us focused and make sure that we execute the way that we're supposed to."

I've have been working with Adam Tanalski and the Hammer Kicking Academy to get myself back into kicking form. I am just trying to get back into the swing of things to prepare for this upcoming season. "This summer I have been focusing on building strength not only in my lower body but my upper body as well. Our strength staff has done an outstanding job this year and I attribute all of my success to them. Also, I have been working on the little things involved in punting. The little things referring to steps and drops as well as putting all that together and going out and punting. However, during the summer I lighten the load because in the summer I use that time to focus on getting in better shape and then towards the end of summer as fall camp approaches I increase the amount of kicking a bit. One of my goals for this season is to become a more consistent and reliable player for my team whenever they call for me."
