May 1st - two kickers & two snappers added:
Chris Apicella – Long Snapper – 6-1 / 200 – Thiells, N.Y. / North Rockland. Coach Parady on Apicella: “Special teams is such an important part of football; we felt we won and lost games last year because of a few key plays in this phase of the game. Chris is a valuable addition to our program as a long snapper, a position we identified as a critical need. He also showed strong coverage skills, getting downfield to bother the return man.”
Joe Giglio – Kicker / Punter – 6-0 / 232 – Washington, D.C. / St. John’s. Coach Parady on Giglio: “Joe comes to us from a DC-area powerhouse, St. John’s College, the alma mater of current Red Fox cornerback, Zach Quarles. Joe has a big leg, and we are extremely excited about his abilities as both a punter and placekicker. He will be a key contributor to our strong pool of young, incoming special teamers.”
Nicholas Mecca – Long Snapper – 5-11 / 211 – Monmouth Junction, N.J. / South Brunswick. Coach Parady on Mecca:  “Nick was one of the most important additions to this incoming freshmen class. From the time we saw him snap at camp last summer, he was someone who we identified as a top recruit and we are very excited that he is now a Red Fox. He can shoot the ball back there with the best of them, and he takes his craft very seriously.”
Ryan Spaulding – Kicker – 6-1 / 175 – The Woodlands, Texas / The Woodlands. Coach Parady on Spaulding:  “Ryan is a talented special teamer, excelling as both a placekicker and as a kickoff man.  He has shown both power and accuracy in both phases of his game.  He will be a vital piece of our kicking units, as we continually set the bar higher to have our special teams climb into the national ranks.”
