September 3, 2015 - Nir Bitton & Eran Zahavi score in win over Andorra
"Israel 4-0 Andorra... Israel breathed life into their UEFA EURO 2016 qualification campaign as they overran Andorra in Haifa thanks to a clinical first-half display which refreshes their hopes of making it to a first UEFA European Championship finals. The hosts got off to the perfect start in this Group B encounter, settling any nerves by taking the lead with just three minutes on the clock – Nir Bitton's long-range shot fumbled by goalkeeper Ferran Pol, allowing Eran Zahavi the chance to pounce and turn the ball into the net. Midway through the first half Israel doubled their advantage, with the creator and the scorer of the first goal swapping roles as Zahavi's free-kick from the left was met by Bitton, who rose highest to head home his first goal for his country. Within three minutes a Tomer Hemed penalty had made it 3-0 and with Andorra camped inside their own half worse was to follow for the Pyrenean team: Munas Dabbur showing good feet to jink past a couple of defenders before firing past the helpless Pol." - UEFA

November 16, 2014 - Vermouth, Damari & Zahavi score in win over Bosnia-Herzegovina
"In front of a crowd of some 30,000 fans, Israel defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina 3-0 Sunday night in the UEFA 2016 European Championship qualifying group B soccer match.... Vermouth and Damari scored in the first half, and after Sunjic was red-carded early in the second half, Zahavi closed out the scoring for the morale-boosting victory." -  Times of Israel

October 13, 2014 - Omer Damari scores hat-trick in win over Andorra
"Omer Damari's hat-trick helped Israel to a 4-1 win in Andorra and maintained their perfect record in UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying. Andorra had lost both previous meetings with Israel – in UEFA EURO 2008 qualifying – and the signs were ominous after three minutes on this occasion. Damari, having raced towards the byline on the right, glanced up to chip the ball into the area, only to send it over goalkeeper Ferran Pol and in.... Pol showed excellent agility to keep out Nir Biton late in the opening period, but had already beaten for a second time by that stage, Damari turning in Tal Ben Haim's low cross from close range.... Damari twice should have completed hit hat-trick before doing so, shooting off target most notably when, unmarked, he shovelled Meshumar's deflected cross over. He showed far greater composure eight minutes from time, however, collecting Natcho's pass, turning inside the box and blasting past Pol." - UEFA

October 10, 2014 - Omer Damari & Tal Ben Haim score in win over Cyprus
"Israel opened their Euro 2016 Group B qualifying campaign with a 2-1 win over Cyprus in Nicosia. Omer Damari put the visitors ahead on 38 minutes, with Tal Ben Haim adding a second just before the break. Cyprus - who recorded an impressive away win over Bosnia and Herzegovina in their first qualifier - rallied and reduced the deficit through Konstantinos Makridis on 67 minutes, but could not find an equaliser.... The Austria Vienna forward, however, made his next chance count when coverting a cross from Vermouth in the 38th minute. Israel went 2-0 ahead on the stroke of half-time when Ben Haim weaved his way into the Cyprus penalty area and slotted past Antonis Giorgallides." - ESPN
