June 14, 2015 - Reece Beckles-Richards scores in win over St. Lucia
"The Benna Boys started the evening needing 3 goals to advance in FIFA World and ended it with 4. In what became a thriller at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket grounds on Sunday night, the Antigua and Barbuda Benna Boys beat the St. Lucia national team in a comeback 4-1 victory, most of those goals coming in the last 10 minutes of the game. The performance was more than good enough to book a spot in the 2018 round in Russia. Reece Beckles-Richards scored the World Cup go-ahead goal to put the Antiguans up 4-1 in the 4th minute of the 5 minutes added on after regular time and rescued the hopes and dreams of all Antiguans. He received a cross from super-sub Tamorley “Ziggy” Thomas with a shot to the corner beating St Lucian goalie Randy Poleon. The strike kept low and to the right before hitting the back of the net." - Observer

November 12, 2014 - Myles Weston & Peter Byers salvage draw with Haiti
Antigua & Barbuda rallied from a two-goal deficit to draw 2-2 with Haiti on Wednesday in the Group B opener in the final round of the 2014 Caribbean Cup at the Montego Bay Sports Complex. After Jean Alcenat (23') and Kervens Belfort (36') staked Haiti to a 2-0 lead heading into the interval, Myles Weston (58') and Peter Byers (60') replied for the Benna Boys just minutes apart in the second half.... Antigua emerged from the break a different team and edged back into the encounter with entrancing efficiency. Calaum Jahraldo-Martin got things going in the 58th minute, endeavoring to work himself into the left side of the Haitian box.  The ball slipped across the defense to a waiting Weston on the right and he found the back of the net with his left foot from 10 yards. Weston was in the middle of things for the 60th minute equalizer.  The Southend midfielder delivered a left-sided cross that Byers did extremely well to head past goalkeeper Jhony Placide from just outside the six-yard box." - CONCACAF

Defender Quinton Griffith, who plays for the Charleston Battery in the United States, has retained the captaincy. Antigua advanced to the Caribbean finals after topping Group 5 in the first round and finishing as runner-up to Trinidad & Tobago in the second round.  England-based midfielder Keiran Murtagh has led the way with three goals." - CONCACAF
