High School Long Kicks - Wyoming

Our series exploring the longest field goals at the high school level in each state continues with Wyoming.
  • 57 & 53 Cody Wilkinson, Natrona County in 48-6 win over Evanston, 9/26/2014
"For good measure, junior kicker Cody Wilkinson converted a 53-yard field goal attempt in the fourth quarter to ensure that the Mustangs had the final say. Then he kicked a 57-yard field goal with 6:42 left to put Natrona County up 48-6 and return the energy to a stadium that had little in terms of drama to entertain it for much of the game. • 55 Cody Wilkinson, Natrona County in 47-7 win at Gillette, 9/19/2014
"Wilkinson, a junior kicker, lined up and calmly nailed a 55-yard field goal to put Natrona ahead by 12 points in the first quarter. Natrona would score an additional 21 unanswered points before closing out a 47-7 victory at Gillette to remain undefeated on the season at 4-0. 'Cody’s done a lot of work to get ready,' Natrona coach Steve Harshman said. 'He’s done all the kicking camps. He’s put a lot of work in and a lot of time. He’s a dedicated kid'." - Casper Star-Tribune
