"Thailand opened up a six-point gap at the top of Group F in the second round of 2018 FIFA World Cup/2019 AFC Asian Cup joint-qualifiers on Tuesday when Teerasil Dangda’s first-half double secured a 2-0 win over Chinese Taipei.... Teerasil, who became the first Thai footballer to play in Spain’s top flight La Liga during a loan spell with Almeria, put Thailand 1-0 up in the 21st minute before scoring what transpired to be the final goal at the Taipei Municipal Stadium with six minutes of the first half left to play." - AFC

May 24, 2015 - Pokklaw A-Nan scores in win over Vietnam
"Thailand defeated Vietnam 1-0 in a tough 2018 World Cup qualifying match at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok on Sunday.... In the 73rd minute, Minh Chau was sent off after picking up his second yellow card. Thailand took advantage of outnumbering Vietnam, sending striker Adisak to replace defender Kroekrit. March 26, 2015 - Suttinun Phukhom & Pokklaw A-Nan score in win over Singapore
"Late strikes from Suttinun Phukhom and Pokklaw A-Nan were enough to give Thailand the win in the first of two friendlies between Singapore and Thailand. December 20, 2014 - Charyl Chappuis & Chanathip Songkrasin score for AFF Suzuki Cup title
"Thailand ended their 12-year drought in the AFF Suzuki Cup as late goals by Charyl Chappuis and Chanathip Songkrasin gave them a dramatic 4-3 aggregate victory over Malaysia in the second leg of the final at Bukit Jalil National Stadium on Saturday. Trailing 2-0 from the first leg in Bangkok, Malaysia struck back on home soil and took the lead when Safiq Rahim scored his second goal of the game with a 58th minute free-kick to make it 3-0 after he had converted a seventh minute penalty and Indra Putra Mahayuddin had headed home just before half-time. "Thailand downed Malaysian 2-0 in the first leg final of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2014 at the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok thanks to goals from Charyl Chappuis and Kroekrit Thawikan. Chappuis’ goal from the penalty spot in the 71st minute, after a foul by Fadhil Shas, was followed by a strike from Thawikan five minutes from the end." - The Star

December 10, 2014 - Kroekrit Taweekarn scores brace in win over Philippines
"Thailand booked their place in the 2014 AFF Championship final when they saw off the Philippines 3-0 in the second-leg of their semi-final at the Rajamangala Stadium on Wednesday. The first leg ended 0-0 four days ago, while Vietnam lead Malaysia 2-1 from the other semi-final first-leg with the return game set for 11 December. Chanathip Songkrasin opened the scoring in the second-leg of the semi-final after only seven minutes and Kroekrit Taweekarn rewarded Thailand's dominance with a second goal 12 minutes after the interval. The visitors were reduced to ten men when Martin Steuble was sent off before Kroekrit sealed a 3-0 aggregate victory with his second of the night four minutes from time." - FIFA

November 29, 2014 - Tanaboon Kesarat & Prakit Deeprom score in win over Myanmar
"Thailand will face the Philippines in the AFF Suzuki Cup semi-finals after they cemented top spot in Group B with a 2-0 victory over Myanmar. Goals from midfielder Tanaboon Kesarat and Prakit Deeprom in the 11th and 83rd minutes respectively won the game for the War Elephants. Tanaboon opened the scoring in the first half, receiving a back-heel from Sarawut Masuk just outside the penalty box before rifling a shot that went in off the crossbar. Prakit then curled home a free kick 30 metres out from goal seven minutes from the end to seal Thailand's third win in as many games in the AFF Cup." - Straits Times

November 26, 2014 - Kraisorn, Chappuis & Adisak score in win over Malaysia
Thailand advanced to the semi-finals of the 2014 ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Championship on Wednesday after coming from behind twice to beat Malaysia 3-2. Malaysia had taken the lead at the Jalan Besar Stadium in the 28th minute after Safiq Rahim’s neat layoff found Amri Yahyah, who proceeded to fire a shot into the bottom corner from the edge of the area. But two minutes before half-time, the War Elephants equalised when Adisak Kraisorn raced into the box to meet Charyl Chappuis’ left-wing cross and stabbed a first-time shot past the onrushing Khairul Fahmi. A fine individual effort from Safiq then put Harimau Malaya back in front a minute after the hour mark, as he effortlessly made his way past a couple of defenders before curling a low shot beyond Kawin Thamsatchanan’s despairing dive. Again, the Thais were able to pull level in the 72nd minute when Chappuis sent an emphatic strike into the back of the net, after Chanathip Songkrasin had laid the ball back into his path. And in the 90th minute, Thailand went on to claim all three points when Prakit Deeprom found space down the right and crossed to Adisak, who took the ball into his stride before finishing with aplomb past Fahmi at the near post." - AFC

"Chaaryl Cappuis converted a penalty with two minutes remaining to give Thailand a 2-1 victory over host and defending champion Singapore on Sunday in their opening match of the Suzuki Cup.... Tournament favorite Thailand, which lost to Singapore in the final of the 2012 competition, opened the scoring in the sixth minute with a goal from Mongkol Thosakrai after a quickly taken throw-in caught the Singapore defenders unaware. Khairul Amri headed in an equalizer for Singapore in the 19th. But with the game heading for a draw, Swiss-born Cappuis shot low past Hassan Sunny after the referee ruled that Safuwan Baharuddin had handled the ball off a cross." - USA Today

November 18, 2014 - Kirati Keawsombat & Adisak Kraisorn score in win over New Zealand
"Thailand will go into the ASEAN Football Championship off the back of a win after Tuesday's 2-0 win over New Zealand 2-0 in Nakhon Ratchasima.... Goals in either half from Kirati Keawsombat and Adisak Kraisorn wrapped up the friendly win at the 80th Birthday Stadium to provide Thailand a boost ahead of their Championship opener against Singapore on Sunday.... Thailand responded and saw an effort hit the crossbar before Keawsombat opened the scoring a minute from the break. After the ball was cut back into the area, the PTT Rayong striker drove home from inside the area to give the hosts a half-time lead.... However, when Jacob Gleeson parried a long-range effort, Kraisorn snaffled up the rebound to wrap up the win - bolstering Thailand ahead of their Group A opener against the defending champions in Singapore at the weekend." - SoccerWay
