August 30, 2015 - Josh Jenkins kicks six goals in win over West Coast
"The 19.12 (126) to 10.9 (69) result keeps Adelaide in the hunt for a home final – it would have to beat Geelong next week and North Melbourne would have to beat Richmond.... Patrick Dangerfield (28 disposals, nine clearances, one goal) was, for the most part, unstoppable on the inside and combined well with Scott Thompson (29 disposals, seven tackles), Eddie Betts (two goals, four assists) and Josh Jenkins (six goals) were terrific up forward." - AFL

August 15, 2015 - Eddie Betts kicks five goals in win over Essendon
"Adelaide has secured an important percentage-boosting 112-point belting of Essendon, in a result that heaps more pressure on Bombers coach James Hird. The Crows overcame a slow start to win 27.9 (171) to 8.11 (59) at Etihad Stadium on Saturday, seeing them push into the top eight and lift their percentage from 104.5 to 111.4.... Star Eddie Betts was too crafty and clever for the Bombers and kicked five, while captain Taylor Walker, Josh Jenkins and star midfielder Patrick Dangerfield all booted three each." - AFL

June 6, 2015 - Josh Jenkins kicks five goals in win over Carlton
"Adelaide has foiled a brave Carlton comeback to prevail by nine points at the MCG on Saturday, but the game looks set to be remembered as the last in the storied career of Chris Judd after the modern great suffered a serious knee injury. The Crows seemed to have the game in control when they led by 19 points at half-time but the Blues hit back, kicking five of the first seven goals after the main break to hit the front at the three-minute mark of the final term when Levi Casboult converted from 50m. In a thrilling final term when no more than nine points separated the two teams, the Crows found something to kick four of the final six goals – two of them to Josh Jenkins – to win by 14.15 (99) to 14.6 (90)." - AFL

May 16 2015 - Eddie Betts kicks six goals in win over St. Kilda
"Six goals from Eddie Betts has helped Adelaide to a hard-earned 46-point win over St Kilda in an injury-ravaged game at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon. Betts was an ever-present threat in attack and booted a bag of at least five goals for the third week straight as the Crows won comfortably, 18.11 (119) to 10.13 (73)." - AFL

May 9, 2015 - Eddie Betts kicks five goals in win over Gold Coast
"Adelaide has notched its fourth win of the season with a routine 41-point win over an undermanned Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium on Saturday evening. Eddie Betts booted five goals and Taylor Walker four as the Crows cruised to the 18.11 (119) to 11.12 (78) victory. The Suns performed admirably without a host of senior players but were ultimately outclassed by Adelaide. The Crows booted five goals in the first term and added another four in the second to lead by 30 points at the main break." - AFL

April 5, 2015 - Taylor Walker kicks six goals in win over North Melbourne
"Taylor Walker has asserted himself as Adelaide captain and led an Easter Sunday mauling at Adelaide Oval, booting six goals as the Crows smashed North Melbourne by 77 points. Walker's aggression and his ability to find teammates in scoring positions silenced any critics of his appointment as skipper, with the inspirational key forward finishing with 15 marks and 22 disposals. His dominance saw opponent Joel Tippett subbed at half-time as the Crows marched to a dominant 21.14 (140) to 9.9 (63) win." - AFL

March 21, 2015 - Rory Sloane kicks two supergoals in win over Port Adelaide
"Star Rory Sloane nailed two third-term supergoals, including a booming shot on his non-preferred foot, to set up a comfortable 24-point win over Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium. The game was evenly poised at the main break with both sides exchanging momentum swings, but the Crows iced it in the third quarter with seven unanswered goals to open up a 49-point lead on their way to the 0.13.15 (93) to 3.13.12 (117) victory." - AFL

March 1, 2015 - Eddie Betts kicks four over Kangaroos
"Port Lincoln local Eddie Betts has delighted his home-town fans, kicking four goals as Adelaide opened its NAB Challenge with a 10-point win over North Melbourne at Centenary Oval on Sunday. Betts' haul proved match-winning as the Crows held off the fast-finishing Kangaroos, winning 1.12.9 (90) to 0.11.14 (80). Adelaide forward Tom Lynch survived a scare, being taken from the ground on a stretcher after appearing to hurt his neck in a collision with Kangaroo Jack Ziebell. Lynch, 24, broke his neck in similar circumstances in round 20 last season, and also suffered a dislocated shoulder and broken jaw in separate injuries last year." - AFL

January 14, 2015 - Taylor Walker named captain
The Crows' decision to select key forward Taylor Walker to replace Nathan van Berlo as captain came as a surprise, with Patrick Dangerfield and fellow midfielder Rory Sloane seen as more obvious candidates for the role. The current contracts of Dangerfield and Sloane both run out at the end of the 2015 campaign, with Dangerfield strongly linked with Geelong when he becomes a free agent.... The 24-year-old Walker, who recently signed a contract extension keeping him at the Crows until at least the end of 2018, has played 84 matches and kicked 197 goals. Walsh selected the captain from the club's six-man senior leadership group, which was elected by the players prior to Christmas. His pick was then ratified by the playing group. Walker admits he has a lot to learn in his new role but says he will strive to lead the team back into finals contention." - ABC
