September 22, 2015 - Kim Little scores hat-trick in win over Slovenia
"A Kim Little hat-trick saw Scotland get their UEFA European Qualification campaign off to a flyer in Slovenia as they won 3-0 at the AjdovÅ¡cina Stadion. The Seattle Reign’s midfielder opened her account with a fine chipped goal before adding another two in the second-half.... Just before the half-hour mark Kim Little gave Scotland the lead. Some nice build-up play through the middle saw Rachel Corsie thread the ball to her Seattle teammate in the box. Surrounded by defenders Kim was able to deftly chip the ball over Sonja Cevnik and into the net.... Minutes into the second-half Scotland doubled their lead. Jane Ross’ clever ball over the top of the Slovenian backline was picked up by Little who rounded the keeper and blasted in for her second of the game. It wasn’t quite as impressive as her opener but it was just as important and gifted the visitors a comfortable advantage.... On 59 minutes Little claimed her hat-trick and Scotland’s third goal of the game. Crichton poking a clever pass through the Slovenian defence that found Little who, again, rounded the keeper and made no mistake with the finish. 3-0 to Scotland. " - Scottish FA

April 9, 2015 - Jane Ross scores equalizer in draw with Australia
"Scotland gave an encouraging display as they held FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers Australia to a 1-1 draw at a sunny Falkirk Stadium.... an Australian corner created a goal-line scramble in the box, with Laura Alleway sneaking in to prod the ball home and give the visitors a 1-0 lead.... The trio of Little, Evans and Ross were proving a particular nuisance and it was no surprised when two of the three combined for the equaliser. A good surging run and pass from Evans sent Ross on her way into the box and the Vittsjo forward made no mistake, driving a right footed shot past Davey for her 36th goal in a Scotland shirt." - Scottish FA

March 31, 2015 - roster named for Australia friendly
Scotland head coach Anna Signeul has selected an experienced squad for the friendly against Australia at the Falkirk Stadium on 9 April. Among those selected are Seattle Reign duo Rachel Corsie and Kim Little, plus Celtic goalkeeper Gemma Fay.... Five of the squad - Ifeoma Dieke, Fay, Little, Joanne Love and Leanne Ross - have won more than 100 caps." - BBC

March 11, 2015 - Kim Little scores hat-trick in 3-1 win over Netherlands
"Kim Little was unstoppable as she tormented the Netherlands for 90 minutes and capped her performance with a hat-trick. The Seattle Reign midfielder, voted the best player in America last year, never stopped running on a stamina-sapping surface and led her side to a victory even more emphatic than the scoreline suggests.... Shots from Little and Murray were just over the bar before the two combined to put the Scots ahead in the 16th minute. Murray collected an Emma Mitchell pass and flicked the ball into the path of Little. She scored in trademark fashion, rounding Dutch keeper Angela Christ and rolling the ball into the net.... Scotland went two up in the 54th minute and Little was again the scorer. A Ross cross from the right saw Caroline Weir challenge Christ and when the goalkeeper couldn't hold the ball it fell perfectly for Little, who slammed it into the net.... Totally against the flow of a one-sided game Netherlands pulled one back in the 70th minute when captain Anouk Hoogendijk headed home a Jill Roord free kick. Despite this encouragement the Netherlands continued to be second best and Kirsty Smith and Jane Ross came close to making it three. That moment arrived on 92 minutes when Little was sent clear by Weir, again rounded Christ, and calmly scored her fifth goal of the tournament." - Scottish FA

March 9, 2015 - Kim Little & Christie Murray score in 2-1 win South Korea
"Goals in either half for captain Kim Little and substitute Christie Murray gave Scotland a deserved Cyprus Cup win over the Republic of Korea in Larnaca.... Scotland took the lead for the first time in the tournament with a penalty after 16 minutes. Hayley Lauder sent a pass into the box for Fiona Brown, and the Glasgow City attacker was taken down by right back Kim before she could touch the ball. Finnish referee Lina Lehtovaara pointed to the spot and the ever-deadly Little slammed the ball into the roof of the net. Four minutes later a near-identical move nearly put Scotland two ahead. Lauder again supplied Brown in the box and this time the winger returned the compliment with a neat back-heel - but Lauder's shot went well over the bar." - Scottish FA

February 17, 2015 - roster named for Cypus Cup
"Anna Signeul today confirmed her squad for this year’s Cyprus Cup, in which Scotland will face Canada, Italy and the Korea Republic. The squad features Fiona Brown and Megan Cunningham, the Glasgow City duo, who both earned their debut international caps in this month’s 4-0 victory over Northern Ireland in Belfast. The squad announcement comes on a day in which Signeul celebrated ten years as women’s national coach by agreeing a deal that extends her stay in Scotland until the end of the UEFA Women's Euro 2017 qualifying campaign." - Scottish FA

February 8, 2015 - Jane Ross & Caroline Weir each score brace in win over Northern Ireland
"Full-Time: Northern Ireland 0 - 4 Scotland, @janeross10 25' 74', @itscarolineweir 26 49', International Friendly #womensfootball #NIRvSCO" - WomensSoccerUnited
