September 18, 2015 - Portia Boakye scores gold winner over Cameroon
"Ghana won the ultimate for the first time in women’s football at the African Games after beating rivals Cameroon 1-0 in the final on Friday at the Massamba Debat Stadium, Brazzaville. Veteran Portia Boakye scored the winner two minutes from time to earn the West Africans their first ever gold medal in the history of the multisport event.... There was no sign of the opener until the 88th minute when Ghana was rewarded a penalty for an incident in the vital area. Striker Agnes Aduako elected herself for the spot kick, but saw her effort saved by Cameroon goalie Isabelle Mambingo before Boakye slammed home the rebound for the only goal of the match." - CAF

September 15, 2015 - Samira Suleiman scores in win over Ivory Coast
Ghana and Cameroon will battle for gold in the women’s event at the 11th African Games Brazzaville 2015 after victories in the semi-final matches on Tuesday in Kintele. Ghana’s Black Queens beat ‘Les Elephantes’ of Cote d’Ivoire 1-0.... The Ghanaians, who reached the last four after emerging luckier in the drawing of lots at the expense of South Africa, put up a superb performance to grab victory at the expense of the highly rated Ivorians. ‘Les Elephantes’, until then the only team with a 100 per cent record at the tournament saw their winning spree come to halt. Striker Samira Suleiman’s 15th minute superb goal did the trick for youthful Ghanaian squad." - CAF

April 12, 2015 - Portia Boakye & Elizabeth Addo score in advancing draw with Zimbabwe
"The Black Queens of Ghana have qualified to the 2015 All African Games 4-3 on aggregate by holding Zimbabwe to a 2-2 draw on Sunday in Harare. Ghana got their two goals through Portia Boakye and Elizabeth Addo in both halves. Portia Boakye broke the deadlock in the 16 minute of the game, but the home team drew level in the 26 minute. Back from recess Zimbabwe took the lead, before Elizabeth Addo got the equalizer that booked a ticket to the Black Queens to the All African Games to be staged in Brazzaville." - Modern Ghana

March 21, 2015 - Agnes Aduako & Samira Suleimana score in win over Zimbabwe
"The senior female football team, the Black Queens beat Zimbabwe 2-1 in the first leg of the 2015 All Africa Games qualifer at the Accra Sports Stadium. Playing in front of a sparse crowd,Ghana took the lead in the first half through Agnes Aduako in the 30th minute. Yussif Basigi's team however struggled to add to their advantage as Zimbabwe held firm in the face of a relentless attack. Ghana however got their just rewards in the 54th minute when Samira Suleimana added a second to give Ghana some breathing space." - Allsports
