"Steve Schott always dreamed of getting a chance to kick professionally. Monday, that dream became official. 'I’ve been two years out of college now. I was, in the back of my mind, working something, something bigger and better. It’s just really exciting to get this opportunity and I’m just looking forward to being able to kick in a game again.' Schott departed Massillon after 2008, leaving as one of the school’s premier kickers. He was 30-of-54 on field goals in his four-year Tiger career, while connecting on 171 point-after tries. At Ball State, he kicked for four years after redshirting in 2008. After sharing the kicking duties his first two seasons, he became the full-time kicker in 2011, and finished his career there making 93-of-96 PATs and 41-of-54 field goals." - Inde Online
