September 9, 2015 - Desire Oparanozie scores brace in win over Tanzania
"Reigning African champions, Nigeria’s Super Falcons humbled the Twiga Stars of Tanzania 3-0 at the Massamba Debat Stadium in Brazzaville... The Falcons led by a goal at half time thanks to Desire Oparanozie, who doubled the lead just a minute after the break, taking her tally to five goals in the competition so far. Esther Sunday netted the insurance goal on 51 minutes to secure victory for the West Africans." - CAF


June 8, 2015 - Francisca Ordega scores equalizer in draw with Sweden
"Francisca Ordega's 87th-minute goal pulled Nigeria into a 3-3 tie with Sweden in a Women's World Cup match on Monday. Linda Sembrant came off the bench to put Sweden ahead 3-2 before Ordega's drive sailed between goalkeeper Hedvig Lindahl's legs. While Ordega celebrated with her teammates, Nigeria coach Edwin Okon dropped to his knees and kissed the turf on the sidelines. Nilla Fischer put Sweden up 2-0 in the first half with a goal in the 31st minute after Nigeria conceded an own goal. Nigeria evened it in the second half when Ngozi Okobi and Asisat Oshoala scored in a three-minute span." - Yahoo

April 10, 2015 - Oparanozie, Oshoala & Ordega scored braces in win over Mali
"Nigeria Super Falcons have qualified for the All Africa Games after beating Mali 9-1 on aggregate. It was a rain of goals at the Abuja National Stadium on friday afternoon as the trio of Desire Oparanozie, Asissat Oshoala and Francisca Ordega scored brace. The Falcons opened the scoring in the third minute as Desire Oparanozie opened the scoring,  Francisca Ordega doubled the lead 15 minuted later.Asisat Oshoala and Desire Oparanozie both scored and assisted among themselves before halftime as the Falcons were now leading 5-1 on aggregate. Oshoala again grabbed her second goal in the 46th minute,  Ordega also netted a brace in the 62nd minute as the Falcons continued the demolition of their Malian counterparts. Team captain Nwaobuku Evelyn scored from 23 yards to take the tally to seven and Esther Sunday scoring from a rebound two minutes later." - Soccer Blitz
