September 5, 2015 - Aly, Beyguili & Ahmed score in win over South Africa
"Mauritania shocked 10-man South Africa 3-1 in the 2017 Afcon qualifier match played at Complexe Olympique de Nouakchott on Saturday night. Mauritania broke the deadlock four minutes later when Khune fumbled Abeid Aly's free-kick when it looked easier to catch....However, South Africa never lost hope as they launched several attacks, before restoring parity in the 69th minute through Thamsanqa Gabuza.... Bafana's joy was short-lived as Baboucar Beyguili restored Mauritania's lead when he dribbled past Erick Mathoho and beat Khune with a low strike in the 80th minute. Khalil Ahmed sealed Mauritania's victory in the 86th minute. The attacker dribbled past five Bafana defenders before placing the ball into the back of the net to make it 3-1." - Goal

June 27, 2015 - Mohamed Yali & Boubacar Beyguili score in win over Sierra Leone
"Mauritania beat Sierra Leone 2-0 on Saturday in Nouakchott to complete a double and advance to the first round of the Africans Nations Championship (CHAN) Rwanda 2016 qualifiers. Two first half strikes within a spate of two minutes by Mohamed Yali and Boubacar Beyguili was all ‘Les Mourabitones’ needed to secure their place at the final round of the Zone West A qualifiers of the championship designed exclusively for footballers playing in their domestic leagues.... On 34 minutes, Yali broke the deadlock profiting from a loose clearance by the Leone Stars defence following a shot by Samba Moussa from a free-kick, and fire home through a sea of defenders. Two minutes later, ‘Les Mourabitones’ doubled the lead through Beyguilli and take the game beyond the Sierra Leoneans. A long shot by Mauritania goalie Souleymane Diallo around the centre mark caught his Sierra Leonean counterpart, Ibrahim Kamara off guard, bouncing off the post for Beyguili, who was lurking around to connect home the rebound." - CAF
